The editorial level determines the level of a college journal. When implementing high guality works strategy, we should first of all raise the quality of the personal invalve in the edition. To be strong in politics, expert at one's job, and to have good behaviour are the necessary qualities demanded by the job of edition. While implementing high quality works strategy,the editor should set up the consciousness of quality works, raise the qualities of editing and checking-through, carry out the outstanding characteristics of the college magazine, lay stress on creation and bring out editorial specifications.
