The drugs transportation action is often an auxiliary action of other drug-related crime.And often overlaps and crosses with other drug-related crime.Recognizing whether the person does establish the drug transportation crime or not must realize the drug transportation crime essence that the drug transportation must be within the boundaries and the person must know the drug' position perfectly well.Difference transportation mode affects the attempted shape of the crime.The fundamental difference between drugs transportation crime and illegal drug possession crime lies on the difference of the person' subjective aspect.
