Safeguard resource optimization based on hybrid PSO

Hybrid Particle Swarm Optimization(HPSO)is chosen to solve the Resource-Constrained Project Scheduling Problem(RCPSP)in weapon equipment safeguard resource project optimization.The characteristics of network plan are analyzed and a model is constructed based on time limit for a project.In designing,the update of velocity and position in PSO is replaced by cross and mutate,and a repairing operator is applied to ensure the chromosome legal.Application to a certain type of weapon equipment safeguard resource project optimization with a HPSO program shows that is a stronger ability of optimization and is of practical importance to the support unit to advisably utilize resources and schedule the working procedures.
