The EMC Analyzing and Optimizing Method for the PCB of SSR

Based on solid state relay(SSR)'s small volume,compact layout and strong EMI radiation,a layout simulation model of SSR PCB with control circuit and main loop was established by Ansofi.EMI radiation levels when SSR works stably were calculated to gain corresponding relation between the levels and PCB layout mode or loop area.By optimizing layout mode and loop area,EMI radiation levels was reduced and EMC was improved.
