Study on the Change of Networking in Real Estate Agents

Networking in real estate is first defined. Then several typical models of networking in real es-tate agents are studied and demonstrated. The paper also points out crises and troubles that real estate agents face to during networking transition, and gives several ways to solve these troubles.
