A Hybrid Algorithm for Learning Bayesian Network Structure Based on Artificial Bee Colony and Genetic Algorithm

The relationships between variables plays an important role in the interpretation of the data,and Bayesian network is an important tool to express the relationship between variables.For Bayesian network structure learning problem,a new hybrid algorithm(ABC-GA)is proposed based on ant colony algorithm(ABC)and genetic algorithm(GA).Because ABC-GA combines the strengths of ABC algorithm and GA algorithm,so it can make up the defects using either method alone.Numerical results show that:the calculation efficiency and accuracy of ABC-GA algorithm is high.
