Present Institution,Functions and Inspecting Force Construction of School Inspection System in England

England is one of the countries in the world that first set up the school inspection system.Its detailed legislation system on educational inspection,well-developed organization system,highly professional inspectors as well as systematic and scientific inspection procedures and methods are in leading position in the world.This paper analyses the present situation and characteristics of school inspection system in England,and explores its inspiration to reform and development of educational inspection system in China.
