The implementation of VMI+TPL can help suppliers manage vehicle inventory with TPL's scale effect.It can not only solve problems of vehicle management deficiency for 4Sstores and excessive risk for suppliers,but also improve the efficiency of distribution and delivery quality,and reduce distribution costs.
