XML is a pop topic on nowadays. First of all, the author introduces the foundation of XML. Aiming at the application of XML on exchanging and integrating data, the paper analyzes the shortcoming of the original method that can handle the data stored in different data resource, furthermore, offeres a detailed solution that based on XML. The future of this application and XML are prospected by the author in the end.
