Multicastis an efficientway ofsending data to multiple receivers simultaneously.To support mobility,the existinghierarchical multicast caching scheme allows roaming clients to request packets that they are unable to receiver during the change from one access net-work to another.To improve the performance of the hierarchical multicast caching,the existing model was analyzed and propose iSCSI-based hierarchical multicast caching was proposed.
