Physical-layer network coding(PNC) takes full advantage of the broadcast property of wireless channel, and has the potential for improving network throughput and bandwidth utilization significantly. However, because the performance of PNC will be influenced by carrier phase, carrier frequency, time and sampling clock, analysis of the effect of synchronization errors has fatal research significance. This paper analyzed the performance of PNC with certain frame length under carrier phase synchronization errors, carrier frequency synchronization errors, time synchronization errors and sampling clock synchronization errors by theoretical analysis, which is based on BPSK modulation. And the result shows that the performance of PNC will not be affected by frame length under carrier phase and time synchronization errors, while the performance will decline with the increase of frame length under carrier frequency and sampling clock synchronization errors, especially for sampling clock synchronization errors.
