Application of improved algorithm for simulated annealing to protein structure prediction

A new method for the treatment of new border values on the basis of traditional simulated annealing algorithm was proposed,and it was applied to Toy model.The structure of four Fibonacci sequences was predicted,the results showed that the algorithm was feasible and effective.
