The Guaranty of Electronic Documents Original Nature and the Proof Problem

The electronic documents' original nature means the original value of electronic documents.The original value of an electronic document must meet with the following three requirements: content identity;true identity of author;time of the production.To ensure the original nature of the electronic documents according to certain criteria,it is a must to take appropriate methods of conservation and management of electronic instruments.The original nature can be ensured by taking the following five ways:the electronic notarization;the electronic document certification service;the registration of electronic documents;the digital files backup system and evidence of contract.
