The department of science and research management in Institutes of Higher Learning needs to know how long a research project lasts from application,management in the process till completion according to its type and the presupposed outcome.Meanwhile,knowing about how to evaluate the achievements of projects with different periods will promote the innovation of management,reinforce the management of research projects and improve the research level,which,hence,promotes the continuing growth of both the quantity and quality of the projects in research significantly.
