Research on Error Resilience mechanism of transport for compressed video based on mobility IP Network

With explosive development of Internet services and fast increase of wireless interface,Lots of requirement of Mul-media information transport based on wireless Internet have producd.TCP/IP protocol and video communication based on dis-connection are required clearly over 3 G wireless network.Error code of wireless channel was very frequent because of mul-paasway attenuation,intra-interference and noise,which could destroy mul-media information transport.This paper addressed a problem of video transport robust by establishing end to end system adaptive error Resilience packing scheme by taking into account jointly source coding,channel coding based on developing merits of VCL and NAL,error flexibility,rate control R-D optimizing mechanism of a new generation video code standardH.264/AVC.The simulation results showed that our strategies can improve robust of video transmit significantly.
