Meditation on copyright management and the interest balance in network environment

With the rapid development of the internet,the efficient,fast and cheap use of the works on the internet are catering to the majority of netizens.However,problems in copyright management are evident.In network environment,the interest balances of the collective management organization of copyright with the public interest,with the copyright owners and with the internet service providers are meditated to seek the appropriate balance point among different subjects of interest.Moreover,the potential of the transmission of internet works should be maximized in order to meet the needs of the masses.
