The existing identity authentication system based on single machine is not easy to maintain and manage. In order to solve this problem, the paper introduces identity authentication On the basis of C/S component system .The system found on networking operation is easy to maintain and manage. The paper offers decision foundation for highly active utilize of library material. The paper states the design and realization of the system concretely.
