Design of the Machine for Seeding Rope in Rice Field

A prototype of rice seeding rope machine was designed.The prototype consisted of 6 parts,which were a hang part,a block-preventing part,a sowing part,a ditch part,a covering part,a pressing part and so on.While the directly seeding,the seeding rope was hanged at the shaft of the designed seed rope rolling out machine and one end of the rope was fixed at the land side,the seeding rope rolling out machine was moved by a tractor,along with the moving of the machine;the seeding ropes were laid in the ditches which were opened by the coulters of the machine and then the seeding ropes were covered by the sealers of the machine.The experimental results showed that the seeding rope was successfully sowed into soil with the machine,the depth of the seed rope into soil was up to the requirement of agriculture.
