Gene Expression Data Visualization Clustering Based on Spring Model

According to the characteristic of gene expression data,this paper proposes a gene expression data visualization clustering method based on spring model.It projects the multi-dimensional gene expression data to 2D space,and keeps some temporal-spatial features in the original data after mapping.Experimental results demonstrate that the method is effective and can discover the co-expression pattern and cluster structure in the data.
