Composing and classification of packets sniffer is presented. Then the attacking mechanisms and harms of sniffing is analyzed were analyzed. A systemized tri layer defensive scheme is proposed based on the researches above,and the effects,methods and tools of every layer of the defensive system,access preventing,info hidden and active detection,are presented respectively in detail as well.
