Simulation of Super-resolution Restoration for Remote Sensing Image

Super-resolution image restoration reconstructs a frame of High-Resolution(HR) image from Low-Resolution(LR) images.Super-resolution restoration algorithms have been analyzed and applied to the field of remote sensing image resolution improvement.A simulation method of super-resolution restoration for remote sensing images with Matlab is presented.The simulation combined with the principle of POCS uses a sequence of LR remote sensing images to enhance the resolution.The results show that super-resolution reconstruction technique can improve the resolution of remote sensing image,and make the target in image be detected easily.
