Objective Build a scientitific and practicle work style computer management system which is helpful for hospital manager officers to evaluate and supervise the work style of their employees.And it helps to improve the satisfaction rates of patients to hospital.Method Based on HTML script,use database as fundamental information storage,use ASP and dynamic Web as core technology to build an open Web application,which combines the flexible HTML script components with powerful Web database to provide the service on the server.Result Work style computer management system has joined the administration system in hospital.It provides a platform for adminitration offices and clinical offices to communicate with each other.It also offers scientific,acourate and quick references for decision makers to make a better decision for hospital development.
