To detect circle by symmetrical points based on Hough transforms

After analyzing the problems in the traditional methods to detect circle by one-to-many relationship that leads to performance degradation and summarizing the classical Hough transforms and other improved algorithms proposed by other researchers,an algorithm is proposed,which uses circle’s basic geometric features the center of two symmetrical points in circle is the circle center of the circle to detect the circle center firstly and then detect the radius so that decrease the dimension of the transform.Finally the experiment and analysis show that the performance improved.
