Design and Data Acquisition of an Experiment System for Dynamic Precision Study

In order to study the decomposing and tracing dynamic error,an integrated system of dynamic accuracy researching is designed.The following article introduces detailedly about the configuration of the system,the output signal,the data acquisition,and analysis of data.Measuring the dynamic rotational angle called Δθ,we can find out the variational relationship of the reduction ratio of reducer and error of rotational angle,so that we can study the origin of the error in the whole system.This system provides a perfect laboratory platform for studying the decomposing and tracing of error in the dynamic system.
