Fault diagnosis model of coal milling based on rough set theory

In accordance with the common fault of cement coal milling system, the data mining technology based on rough set theory is used in the fault diagnosis of cement coal milling. By utilizing rough set method and combining with the real data, the fault diag-nosis system is set up, and the fault diagnosis experiment for the recognized data is executed through the system. It is show that the system can efficiently carry out the diagnosis for coal milling jam and steel ball micro-fault. The precision of diagnosis results can satisfy the needs of the worksite applications.
