Experimental Research on Directional Technique Rhythm 3Teaching Method in Track and Fields

Inorder to discuss and innovate the technical teaching method and theory of track and fields,effectively improve the teaching and training quality,40 college students majoring in physical education are divided into groups for experimental training.High-speed camera and mathematical statistics are used to analyze data.The result shows that directional technique rhythm teaching method can more effectively improve the specific performance and technique than ordinary teaching method.
