Knowledge collaboration of supply chain(KCSC) is to integrate and optimize knowledge resources within the system of supply chain.We can evaluate its effectiveness from the innovation and learning ability,competitive advantage of products and technologies,customer satisfaction and business growth etc.Based on the study of CITIC heavy industries and other companies we know that KCSC will significantly improve the business innovation and learning ability to promote the competitive advantages of products and technologies,and then create high customer satisfaction and sustainable development of enterprises.
