Organ, harpsichord and piano are all keyboard instruments.According to the principle of sound, keyboards can be divided into pipe instruments sounded by the air vibration and string instrumentssounded by strings vibrating.Pipe Organ is sounded by air vibrating sounds while harpsichord and piano are all sounded by strings vibrating.Because of the differences in mechanical structures, they are quite different in terms of the touch, sound or in the playing style.
