Processing Method of the Uncertainty of QoS Evaluation

On the basis of analyzing detailedly the uncertainty of QoS evaluation for Web Services,we provided a QoS evaluation model of single-goal satisfaction and multiple-goal optimization founded on the forecast for time t+1 about the QoS criteria history data and the reduced weight of relational degree among the depended criterion and other criteria,and we disposed the uncertainty with grey system theory.The model can support services selection well and gain higher users' satisfaction degree without any subjectivity,for its base is QoS criteria history data,its criteria forecast and weight value all came from the analysis of the history data as well.
