Tentative Analysis on Inducing Expert Testimony into Litigation Proof System

At present, the expert conclusion in litigation proof system in our country has exposed many-sided difficulties as for specialized problems. The solution is inducing expert testimony into litigation proof system, i.e. establishing the independent evidence category of expert testimony.
