Probe into Theory and Practice of Project Management of Information Network System Engineering

From angles of project management,this paper probes into management function,management target,objective management,schedule management and so on towards the construction of information network system.At the same time of using managerial theory and information system developing methods for reference,this paper expounds how to apply the theory into the practice for the purpose of realizing the desired target of constructing information system through scientific and regular management.
