The application of Flash memory in MCS-51 system

The paper describes the features of Flash memory, its application occasions and the way of extending mass storage in a 16-bit address system.Hardware interface and software programming between MCS-51 family MCU and Flash memory are discussed.Some application notes and implementation are also presented.
