Ability Evaluation of Situation Consistency in Joint Operations' Battlefield

Through the analysis of the main factors that influence situation consistency,a index system of situation dynamic target consistency is founded in the paper.Based on operational requirement and index' relation,build the evaluation model with the method of the utility function and combination weight to solve such a question.With above methodology used,the evaluation result demonstrates to be feasible and reasonable.The result can provide basis for the research on evaluation of situation consistency in joint operations' battlefield.
