Study of the Overall Planning on Railway Baggage and Parcel Transportation Management Information System

Based on the analysis of current China railway baggage and parcel transportation, system target and overall structure of the MIS system is designed. Meanwhile, the structure of computer network, application system and database are also given in the paper. At last, the benefits and implementation of the system are discussed.
