Study on Schema Integration of Heterogeneous Data Sources

Schema integration is core of heterogeneous information integration system,in which CDM is the key part,which is used to realize the transformation and mapping between global view and the local schema,this paper firstly analyze the research actuality of data integration system,on the foundation of Wrapper/Mediator architecture giving the study on data integration environment framework based on extended HDM, HDM has a good description ability and operating performance,this paper gives the formal description of HDM and the transformation method on it, discus some of the key technology of HDM based schema integration, at last a view of further research is given.
