Data Port-a New Schema of Construct of Resource Management System

This article presents a new schema of construct of the telecommunication resource management system. The new schema can separate the maintenance of data and the actual use of the data, and can reach the aim of real time updation of data. The tool used for this schema can also be used for other system of the same kind.
