The cause analysis and countermeasures of 33 cases of hospitalized patients fall events

To summarize the cause and prevention and nursing countermeasures of hospitalized patients fall events,reduce the occurrence of nursing device adverse events,so as to ensure the safety of nursing. Through the retrospective study of 33 cases of hospitalized patients fall events from January 2013 and July 2014,to find the causes and characteristics and formulate really feasible preventive measures. The analysis of 33 cases of hospitalized patients fall as follows: male 21 cases( 63. 6%),27 cases of the medical department,accounted for 81. 8%; 60~ 92-year-old 21 cases( 63. 6%),falling from patients with fracture,hematoma,contusion and so on,27 cases,accounted for 81. 8%;knowledge and understanding of 32 cases,accounting for 97%. Thinking that Strengthening the communication between staff of doctors and nurses with the patient and family members( attendants) and the education of the correlated knowledge about fall prevention to the patient and family members( attendants) in nursing staff daily work is very important to prevent the happening of the fall.
