The design and development of the system for regional water resource management that based on WEBGIS

With a plenty of investigation and research,the paper focused on the limitation of the conventional water resource management,combined the building of the management information system for Zhangze reservoir in ShanXi,and then chose the experimental unit in Zhangze drainage area for applying research.Based on Internet support,through the technology of GIS,database,Asp variable network and so on,combined the elements of geologic,physiognomy,hydrological and otherwise,used the gigantic information and predominance of freedom in terrain of Internet,breakthrough the conventional limitation,realized the long-distance and interact data access in client,built the netlized,digitalized,intellectualized decision-making system which combined the data process and manage.Furthermore,it integrated the hydrological data,fundamental geographical data,weather data into one database,linked the data from database and model of drainage area hydrology,processed the scene analysis and hydrological systematic simulation.The system is used to refresh,inspect and forecast the information of regional water resource from web net,realized variable management of water resource,made the availability attempt for the informationalization,mobilization,modernization of the water resource management.
