：This thesis points out the reasons why the middle and small manufacturers of China use a little still CIMS to improve the capacity of bringing new technology and competing in markets., And analyses the their circumstances and features on using CIMS. Further, puts forward the lumped function model and the system structure model being suitable for them when them start using CIMS.
