An Improved Method of RLE

An improved method of run-length encoding compression is introduced. RLE is improved by inhibiting the expansion of data, lossy compression and compression methods to optimize the path of travel,and do the test results of the comparision with the classic RLE. After comparison,despite the time complexity of the improved RLE algorithm increased,there is no loss of image quality,and the efficiency was significantly improved.
