Design of the linear regulator Based on 0.18um CMOS technology

The design uses a 0.18um CMOS process to achieve the reference circuit in a liquid crystal display(LCD) control chip whose circuit is composed of the bandgap reference and a linear regulator.Voltage reference is a key basic module which is widely used in designs of anolog circuits and mixed-signal circuits and its temperature stability and anti-noise performance directly impact on the accuracy of the entire circuit system and performance.
