compare to voltage mode,current mode circuit have hight convert speed、broad band、lower voltage and lower loss power.In thehis paper,we devise a current mode circuit of absolute value circuit by opa861 transconductance amplifer.the circuit's bandwidth come to 80 meg Hz and it has only 2ns delay.but the same circuit devised by voltage mode device,its bandwidth is only 2 megHz and its delay time is above 0.1us.
