System Monitor Framework Based on CORBA/XML

In order to guarantee reliable running of Operation Control System(OCS) for satellite communication,it should monitors courses and nodes of operation courses in the OCS. This paper proposes a system monitor framework based on CORBA/XML. The framework is a layered design based on federation of different target clusters,uses on a multicast based monitor/report protocol to monitor state within clusters,a federation of a tree structure among clusters is used to conformity their state. Experiment proves the framework can realize monitoring the nodes of different monitoring field for different level users,guarantee real-time of satellite communication networks.
