A correlating predicting method with wavelet network in radar

This paper presents a correlating predicting method with wavelet neural network in marine radar track. The correlating filter on line performs precisely by means of employing the parallel processing with neural network and the Lipchitz exponent of radar data. Simulating result shows that the cost of this method does not relate to the complexity of the model of target moving. It possesses high precision of signal process on line and more accuracy in real time detecting mistracking
