Performance data collecting and transiting software design for GSM network management system

According to the functions, performance and run environment of performance subsystem of GSM network manage system, this paper analyses the programming keys and collecting methods of performance data collection and data transition, and the structure of program modules. It also offers the data flow diagram and flow frame diagram of data collection and data transition. The software is now put into service, and its functions arrive at design target.
