Application and study of high availability in electronic government affair platform

Based on adopting native hardware and software to construct electronic government affair platform, the paper illustrates high availability scheme in the electronic government affair platform: database HA, web HA and E-mail HA, shows the cluster technique, heartbeat technique and RAID technique applied to electronic government affair platform,gives the backup strategy in the system and feasible scheme of power management.
