Job burnout of editors has internal and external causes.It is beneficial to the development of the editors and the journals that we find the burnout and eliminate burnout.Universities should pay full attention to the journal editor,and strive to create a harmonious and excellent working environment and policy.Meanwhile the college editors should try to self-adjust,be tolerant and work happily.
