A kind of system for monitor open arc welding

In this thesis, we designed a kind of system for monitor open arc welding. We use a specific large sensitivity range CCD camera,light and filter to video open arc welding. The pictures show the weld pool,welding wire,tungsten and forward weld bead on the human-computer interface in real time. At the same time,the welder use wireless remote to control welding oscillator which could mechanized weld in human intervention. The system will be useful when the welding joint is not good for human working and reduce the welders working strength,protect the welder's body far away the strong electromagnetic radiation,smoke and dust.
