Optimization Model of the Telecommunication Operator in Service Investment and Decision

This paper firstly introduces the optimization mathematical model of the telecommunication operator in service investment.It describes four restraint conditions for the X province operator in service investment,and presents the model's algorithm.This kind of investment optimization model is helpful for the telecommunication operator in actual investment.
