Asymptotic Behavior of an Artificial Network of Two Neurons

This paper is concerned with the dynamics of an artificial network of two neurons with piecewise constant nonlinearity signal transmission function. A asymptotic behavior of the dynamics is given and it indicates that initial, delay and threshold are main sources for the asymptotical behavior of the dynamics.
